Members of the 92nd Illinois who resided in Iowa as of 1886. (County given first, followed by city, then soldier’s name).

Many of these soldiers settled permanently in Iowa, while others moved time and time again, often to states farther west or south. Still others returned to Illinois prior to settling down permanently.
